Living is Lancaster’s largest student housing provider. We manage more than 250 student houses and flats in Lancaster. We offer Lancaster University Homes Accredited accommodation suitable for undergraduate and postgraduate students on any budget. We can help you find your perfect home.
Average weekly rent is just £95 per tenant, per week 
We charge NO deposit and there are NO hidden admin fees

Average rents for 2018/19 are £94 per tenant per week with an average 46 week UG lease. We don't charge deposits or retainers - so there's nothing to pay until Term 1 rent is due.
